Sentry South Appliance was established in 1979 by Don and Liz James. Providing In Home service for Major Appliances and took pride in being factory authorized service for nationally recognized brands such as Bosch, Speedqueen and Samsung as well as many others as the years went on.

When they retired  in 2008 Jim and Kay James stepped in. Jim has been a licensed heating contractor in Western New York since 1998 and in the heating field most of his life.

This has been a huge asset bringing Sales, Service and Installation of Furnaces, Boilers, Wall Heaters, Space Heaters And Central Air Conditioning to our already established and loyal customer base giving them the ability to grow with new service technicians and installers.
